As we are going into the month of july, the results from this test will give everyone a good indicator on where you are in you fitness as we are going into preseason. So please make it a priority to run it.
Just going stir crazy here in Vegas. Never thought I'd want to run so badly. Getting re-evaluated next Monday, so I'm hoping for some good news so I can get back to the grind!
Improved. Got the goal I set for this run. Hoping to improve by two each time to have 30 by the time we test it together as a team. So far on track thanks to the running workouts we have been given
Still not feeling well. I think tomorrow is the day tho! I'll at least just do it and if I need to I'll re test next week. I have practice today or I would do it today.

Just realized my comment never posted. Sorry. I did it on my phone, that really makes me mad.
I got a 28. My goal was a 29, so I fell just short. I think coming back from Canada set me back some. I ran, but always on a crappy treadmill. After watchign our women's team play I came back with a lot of new motivation and excitment though. I am excited to be back with everyone, watching how close all they seem made me miss my team.
