We went to High Mountain Crossfit today and did 5 rounds of: 400m run10 pull-ups 20 push-ups30 sit-ups40 BW squatsMy time was 31:23
I still don't have access to a track, so instead I ran around my block, which is a little further than 400m. Completed in 43 minutes. I can't feel my arms right now. :)
Way to go Payton!!! You killed that workout!!
