Did a workout with my trainer this morning: 1000m row 5 sets: 1minute sit ups 30 Russian twists 1 minute plank 5repsx5: Ring swing-toes swung up to rings 10repsx5: Elevated push-ups Freemotion bicep/shoulder pulls 4 sets: 20 yard jog 20 box jumps for speed
My mile was 6:58 I ran it after the workout without resting, probably wasn't the smartest.
