ONE Mile Test- Post your time.


  1. Did a workout with my trainer this morning: 1000m row
    5 sets:
    1minute sit ups
    30 Russian twists
    1 minute plank
    Ring swing-toes swung up to rings
    Elevated push-ups
    Freemotion bicep/shoulder pulls
    4 sets:
    20 yard jog
    20 box jumps for speed

    My mile was 6:58
    I ran it after the workout without resting, probably wasn't the smartest.

    1. I felt really good. My side and hamstring didnt cramp up like usual. Was really excited about this time. Body felt good after

    It wasn't as fast as the speedsters above, but I was content with my time and how I paced myself!

  6. 7 flat. Also I did the YOYO test again (on May 27) with the exact length and had 38!

  7. Charly said to do the 300 yd shuttle instead because I don't have a way to measure out a mile. First time 58s rested 5 minutes ran again and got 63

  8. Sorry for the late comments, ive finally got some time in the airport on my way to Mexico. My run time was 7:02
