    30 reps at each station (could be split any way between partners)
    To move from one station to the next you had to do a 25 yard bear crawl around the gym

    Stations were:
    Knees to elbows
    Wall balls
    Box jumps
    Kbs

    20 min amrap

    Finished 2 rounds and 3 stations

    overhead squats

    WOD:
    3 rounds of:
    -90 sec double-unders
    -90 sec SD high pull
    -90 sec OH squat
    combining your reps each round for your score
