    50 bicycle crunches
    1 min plank (left side)
    50 hip ups
    X3

    +3.5 miles in 32 minutes

    10 minutes Nustep
    10 minutes Bike
    5 minute Wall Slides
    10x3 leg extensions
    10X3 side leg extensions
    Ice/Stem: 15 minutes


    Extra:

    15 minute ab workout
    25 minute bike
