Haven't had a lot of time this weekend due to traveling but I'll start up again on Monday.
ReplyDeleteOn Thursday I went on about a 35 minute run along a cool river outside the city where I live. Wish I could post a pic! Afterward did a quick ab workout with varying exercises, had to hurry out to a dinner.
Did the workout on Friday and got 15:53 for the 2 mile. Yesterday my family and I drove to San Luis Obispo to pick up my brother from college!
ReplyDeleteI was going to wake up early and do this workout, but I slept in. I was boating and swimming all day and completely forgot about the workout. By the time I got home and remembered, it was midnight. I did the wall climbs, push-ups, hollow body, & arch body rocks. I'm determined to wake up early and do all the workouts this week.
