Rowing Practice-Rowing Demo
Zone 1 for 20 Minutes 


Running 
Run 2 miles @ 8:00 pace

  3. Ran 14:00 but I'm not an "expert" at counting so I ran an extra 400 just in case (1:35)

    .5 mile on the Air Dyne Bike
    20 Rocky Sit-Ups

    3 sets of:
    60 yd 10 lbs OH Throw and Chase

  6. Haven't had a lot of time this weekend due to traveling but I'll start up again on Monday.

    On Thursday I went on about a 35 minute run along a cool river outside the city where I live. Wish I could post a pic! Afterward did a quick ab workout with varying exercises, had to hurry out to a dinner.

  7. Did the workout on Friday and got 15:53 for the 2 mile. Yesterday my family and I drove to San Luis Obispo to pick up my brother from college!

  8. I was going to wake up early and do this workout, but I slept in. I was boating and swimming all day and completely forgot about the workout. By the time I got home and remembered, it was midnight. I did the wall climbs, push-ups, hollow body, & arch body rocks. I'm determined to wake up early and do all the workouts this week.

  9. I played water Polo for about 2 hours and water volleyball for another 2 hours. Honestly wore me out but it was SO much fun.
