Therapy went really well today, I feel a lot stronger and my therapist said it's looking really good!My dad and I have been doing Ab roll outs and they are TOUGH, but worth the summer body.

Update: had an hour practice with the U23 team I am playing with on Tuesday, paired that with a 2 1/2 mile run later on. This was Tuesday. Did the lifting this morning, and currently have a migraine so I am going to do the shuttles tomorrow morning.
I ran 4 miles with my lil bro this day. Averaged a 8:45 pace.
