  1. Therapy went really well today, I feel a lot stronger and my therapist said it's looking really good!
    My dad and I have been doing Ab roll outs and they are TOUGH, but worth the summer body.

  2. Update: had an hour practice with the U23 team I am playing with on Tuesday, paired that with a 2 1/2 mile run later on. This was Tuesday.
    Did the lifting this morning, and currently have a migraine so I am going to do the shuttles tomorrow morning.

  3. I ran 4 miles with my lil bro this day. Averaged a 8:45 pace.

    Seated leg curls 10x5@ 80 lbs
    Leg extensions 10x5 @80 lbs
    Lunges 10 x 3 @ 15 lbs each hand
    Reverse lunges @ 15 lbs each hand
