Char, I gotta say the programming sometimes sucks but man .... You are GOOD at what you do!!

I beat my goal and felt freakin fantastic even though I was a little nervous coming in (about 2.5 hours behind my morning schedule)

What a happy Monday - can't wait for the mile

  7. Improved. Got the goal I set for this run. Hoping to improve by two each time to have 30 by the time we test it together as a team. So far on track thanks to the running workouts we have been given

  8. Still not feeling well. I think tomorrow is the day tho! I'll at least just do it and if I need to I'll re test next week. I have practice today or I would do it today.

  16. Just realized my comment never posted. Sorry. I did it on my phone, that really makes me mad.

I got a 28. My goal was a 29, so I fell just short. I think coming back from Canada set me back some. I ran, but always on a crappy treadmill. After watchign our women's team play I came back with a lot of new motivation and excitment though. I am excited to be back with everyone, watching how close all they seem made me miss my team.
