    1 min max reps wall ball 14lbs
    15 sec rest
    1 min max reps dips
    15 sec rest
    1 min max reps jump rope
    15 sec rest

    each rep and jump equals 1 point
    total points 709

    Completed 154 reps, total 12 mins

    Then cash out bench press
