BlackSheep Workout of the Day May 29

 STRENGTH / SKILL
1) Amrap Double Unders in 1 minute/ rest 30sec x 5
2) Perform one Back Squat on the minute for 10 minutes; keep the bar as heavy as possible.  Add your lowest and heaviest for a score (example; 245+300=545lbs)
