    -7 Muscle Ups (14 pullups, 14 pushups)
    -21 SDHP @ 45lb

    Modification: 2 pullups, 2 pushups, instead of 1 muscle up.

  2. WARM-UP

    10 Minutes of Double Unders (practice)

    WORKOUT

    15 minutes AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
    5 Push Ups (raise hands)
    10 SDLHP (sumo deadlift high pull)
    15 Lateral Jumps (over and back is one)


    Finished- 9 rounds +5+2. :)
