WORKOUT
“Mountain Athlete”
10 1/2 Moons
20 Tire Flips
30 Burpees
40 Single Alt. Dumbbell ground-to-overheads 50/35# KB
50 Step ups with 45/25lb Plate
100 Double Unders
200ft Sled Drag HEAVY
300 yard shuttle with 70lb/50 Sandbag

    EXACTLY 3 minutes rest in between

    5 Rounds- only finished 3

    Round 1: 4:45 Start at 7:45
    Round 2: 15:28 Start at 18:28
    Round 3: 27:32 FINISHED!
