Workout of the Day May 19



CONGRATS TO THE NEW COUPLE KRISTY AND ADAM

    interval run on trail
    13 min up hiking and jogging then
    17 min up running for 30 sec on and then walking 30 seconds

    *after a few rounds of 30 on 30 off switched it to 20 on and 40 off ...

    off sometimes was standing and not walking.

    Jogged down the entire way with some stops for doggies to drink water.
