Workout of the Day May 9th

Going for a hike on the C trail around 4:15 or 4:30

    150 Double Unders
    200 Meter Run
    Finished in 7:30

    WORKOUT

    15-12-9-6-3 Power Clean #75 (set it down every time)
    30-24-18-12-6 Ring Dips (MOD dips on bar with feet down)
    Finished in 11:06


    can't bend my arms no big deal!!!!!!
