BLACK SHEEP WORKOUT OF THE DAY JUNE 2

STRENGTH / SKLL
1. Close Grip Bench Press 5,4,3,2,1 /2min
2. Complete 5 Ring Dips every 30sec x 10


WORKOUT

Three rounds for time of:
Run 600 meters
20 GHD sit-ups
15 foot Rope climb, 2 ascents

    200 Weighted Sit-ups
    200 Box Jumps
    200 SDLHP

    Must hold weight while partners are going
    We did 10 then switched for everything!

    SO HARD!
