    400 meter run
    10-burpy box jumps
    5-clean an jerks with 25lb weight on each side of the bar so 95 lbs total

    time: 18 minutes

    cooldown:
    3 rounds of:
    50 yards-lunges holding 25 lb weight above your head
    50 yards- bearcrawls
    50 yards-frog jumps
