    If you didn't see the race live watch these highlights and BE INSPIRED!!! This makes me believe that anything is possible if you work for it. The proof walks among us on the SUU campus. Cam Levins isn't a superhero - he is an incredibly hard working young man with talent that he makes the most out of. Why can't YOU do the same!??? I believe we all can achieve greatness is we work for it!!

    Workout:
    "CINDY"
    AMP..as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
    100 meter run
    5-pull ups
    10-push ups
    15-wall ball squats

    time:6 full rounds and a run

    table tops
    8 rounds each round lasted a minute

    "To have someone from Southern Utah win a national championships, let alone two national championships, is huge for him and his future, it's huge for the coaching staff and it's huge for the University. This speaks to all athletes in all sports at SUU, that you dreams can come true, you can win a national championship at Southern Utah and it inspires all of us in all arenas to believe in dreams and hard work."
