    if you got hit you had to sit in the squat position for 10 seconds
    (kinda got hit a lot haha FAIL)

  3. June 18th
    ran a total of 1 and 1/2 miles but sprinted the entire thing. I would sprint as hard as a could then stop catch my breath and sprint as far and hard as i could at 100%. Then ten min abs crunches, stalls, sit ups, etc.
